1. How do we get a quotation for a development job?
You need to contact us or submit a web inquiry and our representative will contact you to know your job requirements. We will submit you a quotation based on the requirements specified.
2. Which platform/technology do you work in?
Our professional team can work in any platform or technology. Normally we work on Linux and Windows Platform. In Linux platform we use PHP 4.0 | 5.0 as server side scripting and MySQL 5.0 as the backend. In Windows platform we use ASP, ASP.NET with SQL Server or Oracle in the backend.
3. How do you choose which platform/technology would be the best for us?
If you specify us to work in a specific platform we will work accordingly or if you are not having idea about which platform you should choose then we can help you out by suggesting to you according to your requirements and budget.
4. How much time would you take to complete a website?
Depending on your requirement of static or flash based pages and the number of web pages, we will make an estimate and answer you the time requirements. Standard websites with a flash banner and static pages does not take more than 2 weeks to complete.
5. Do you do web hosting also?
We help our esteemed clients in web hosting also. We help them choose a web hosting service which is suitable for their business. We host their site and help them maintain it. All information pertaining to the web hosting of the client’s web site are given to them as soon as we host it.
6. Does it matter which web hosting service do I choose. Do I go for the lowest cost?

No. We develop only customized solutions. We do not have any specific product.
10. How do you give after sale service?
After submission and implementation of a job, we give after sale service for 6 / 12 months after which the client needs to come to an Annual Maintenance Contract.
11. Do you provide solutions like search engine optimization? I spend a lot advertising my business in internet search engines like google adwords and yahoo overture.

12. How do you update the job to your clients?
We give a regular update to our clients via email. We upload the work on a demo folder in the server and ask you to see the tested modules on a day to day basis. This reduces any kind of communication gap where you can point out if things have not worked according to your requirement.

13. Do I need to have some plug in or software installed to run the web application?
For flash work, you need to install the flash plug in which windows prompts you to do. However no software is required for running web application. All that is required is an internet connection with browsers like Internet Explorer and Firefox Mozilla.
14. Will the application run in my MAC Computer?
Yes it will.
15. How do we pay you?
You can pay us online by Paypal or you wire the amount to us. For local clients in India cheques are preferred.
